Wellness RISK Management (WRM)


Goal

Our Goal is to assess a company's workforce for interest in Self-Help Wellness Strategies.

 

Why a Pilot Program in Wellness RISKManagement?

The reason is because not everyone wants to invest their time into Wellness Strategies. Some people just don’t want to be bothered to change their diet under the mistaken idea that humans can eat just anything they want. Some people don’t want to be bothered to exercise regularly under the mistaken idea that they do not need to, and besides, they don’t have the time they say. Other people don’t care about relaxation in any way. Too busy for that stuff they say. Other people think that they are thinking OK already so they think that they don’t need to learn positive thinking or better ways of thinking. Some people do not have a lot of confidence in the scientific method, a big mistake.

AND, then, with all of these reasons "Life Gets In The Way". People get busy with solving other life problems like making money, raising kids and all the rest.

Given all these reasons for no interest in Wellness, we need to identify those people who do want to improve their wellness. We also need to know that they are willing to do the work. There is no PILL for Wellness. The purpose of the Wellness RISKManagement Pilot Program is to identify the level of interest a company’s workforce has in Self-Help Wellness Strategies. Both pain and excessive weight can be improved by proper measurement and then proper attention to workarounds for all of those life problems most all of us have.

  • Our target audiences for WRM are workers who are interested in helping themselves on a higher, more regular level. Workers who are interested can enrol with WRM on an individual voluntary basis.

  • The Pilot Project is designed to assess worker interest in learning how to help themselves with Wellness and Chronic Disease Prevention Strategies.

  • Sufficient interest in a conpany's workforce will lead to the training of a lay person WRM Instructor certified by WRM. This offers a long term sustainable program should a company or organisation wish a permanent solution.

  • If there is insufficient interest to sustain a full WRM Instructor Directorship, possibly due to the small size of the company, then those workers who are interested will be left in their cohort in that company and a WRM Instructor will be assigned to that company cohort.

 

Vision

To provide multidimensional science-based Wellness Measurement and Tutoring Workshops to all workers interested in improving themselves no matter how large or small a company may be.

We aim to:

Extend and enrich lives through the power of SPINAL HEALTH,

Extend and enrich lives through the power of REST & RELAXATION,

Extend and enrich lives through the power of ATTITUDE & PERSPECTIVE in life.

 

These Five PILLARS interact with each other and influence behaviour on each level. This becomes a complex (like a Quintic math equation). The WRM solution is to measure, then provide individual help at the individual personal level.

As we have said, the Pilot Project goal is to assess a company's workforce, in order to gauge worker interest in WRM.

Wellness RISK Management is applied research at the science end of the scale.

Knowing Wellness isn't getting Wellness. Doing Wellness is applying the science. We show how that is done.

What Kind of Diseases Are Reduced with Wellness RISK Management?

All chronic diseases are reduced with multidimensional Wellness strategies because of the multidimensional nature of those strategies. Acute diseases are reduced, again because of the multidimensional nature of those strategies.

All organs and systems in the body benefit by reducing Wellness RISK. When the body moves toward optimal health by applying those optimal health secrets which science has discovered, then all parts of the body benefit. We live longer and happier due to less suffering from disease. We perform better at work, better at our recreation pursuits, and better at our interrelationship pursuits too.

Applying the rules laid out in our workshop workbooks and completing all action plan items indicated in the Wellness RISK Management Report of Findings is a ticket to better Health and better living.

It is not particularly easy to get there because we have to fight natural human tendencies that lead us toward disease and suffering.

Most people need help of one type or another. Delivering that help is what Wellness RISK Management is all about.
