Wellness RISK, What Does It Mean?
Wellness RISK is a concept that does not
mean one is sick. What it means is that one might become sick in the near future, or the distant future.
Wellness RISK is a number that has
predictability. It predicts that a person can do more to keep themselves WELL and learn chronic disease prevention
strategies.
Wellness is all about how we behave and how we think. Science has shed quite an
amount of new knowledge on this topic and has quite an amount of old knowledge. Scientists have been quietly
researching this science for many decades. At Wellness RISK
Management we have collected that science and put it together into a
concept that self-help is an important part of the human experience.
