New Company Enrollment Protocol with Wellness RISK Management (WRM)

WRM will enrol all companies for free when a worker indicates they wish to enrol and are a worker in a company that is not enrolled with WRM as yet.

A letter/email will be sent to the company indicating that worker has enrolled with WRM and that company has been given a complementary set of two enrolment research cohorts, one for the company‘s management team and one for the company’s workforce. The company has no obligation to enrol with WRM but that option will remain open to them.

  • The worker will remain anonymous as all measurement and enrolment of participants in WRM is anonymous.

Each company venue address is enrolled as a separate company name and the company has a right to modify the name of the company in the Wellness RISK Management Database Records.

Wellness RISK Management will then start a free, two phase company enrolment process for the company.




Learning About Personal Wellness Needs Through WRM’s Customized Progress Chart

To learn about their own needs a person has to be measured against Wellness science. Measurement is online with a thorough, anonymous, program which measures, assesses, identifies and prioritizes a person’s needs based on the 38 measurement scores, then builds four output documents. A person can see their 38 scores in a one page Progress Chart document that comes as a PDF file with a second page of explanation.

At that point the person (now called a WRM Client), can work on their own or connect with a Wellness RISK Management specially trained Instructor. The Instructor provides the client with a 35-38 page WRM Report of Findings that contains an eight item Action Plan List. The WRM Instructor helps people complete their eight item list that was built based on the measurement findings. The Instructor provides new eight item lists as needed. Motivational support is the main goal the instructor has within the WRM instructor mandate.

  • A dedicated company WRM Instructor will be trained when the company has sufficient WRM clients enrolled.

What Kind of Diseases Are Reduced with Wellness RISK Management?

All chronic diseases are reduced with multidimensional Wellness strategies because of the multidimensional nature of those strategies. Acute diseases are reduced, again because of the multidimensional nature of those strategies.

All organs and systems in the body benefit by reducing Wellness RISK. When the body moves toward optimal health by applying those optimal health secrets which science has discovered, then all parts of the body benefit. We live longer and happier due to less suffering from disease. We perform better at work, better at our recreation pursuits, and better at our interrelationship pursuits too.

Applying the rules laid out in our workshop workbooks and completing all action plan items indicated in the Wellness RISK Management Report of Findings is a ticket to better Health and better living.

It is not particularly easy to get there because we have to fight natural human tendencies that lead us toward disease and suffering.

Most people need help of one type or another. Delivering that help is what Wellness RISK Management is all about.
