Our Wellness RISK Management Motto Is

Just exactly how do we do that?
- We measure people online for FIVE multi dimensional Self-Help Wellness Pillars.
- We also measure for a number of Important Clinical Indicators.
- Then we measure for the FoodPainConnection, especially the Pain Relief Diet.
Dr. Ouellette, wrote a book about this diet in 2002, and a sequel to it in
2006. |
When the measurement is completed we will have 38 scientific numbers to guide us. At that point
Wellness RISK Management Workshops are provided to help people troubleshoot
their behaviour to improve their Wellness and Make Wellness a Priority. The Five
Pillars are categories of things people can do for themselves starting right away. Eight items will be
chosen as suggestions for an immediate Action Plan List.
- People don’t have to do things they don’t want to do.
- People don’t have to stop doing things they don’t want to stop.
Workshops
The workshops help people learn how to slowly work into complying with the science on multi dimensional
Wellness, including Chronic Disease Prevention Strategies.
Although their Wellness RISK Management Action Plan List, developed for them by the
measurement process, is already prioritized for them, people can prioritize further. Workshops show how to do
that.
