Making Contact with Us

We receive phone messages regularly that are unintelligible. We speak North American English. European English is difficult for us due to the variety of ways that the English vowels are enunciated. SO, we would like to give a respectful warning. People using English as a second language (ESL) will be unintelligible to us. We appreciate people learning English but our form is North American English. Consequently people leaving Phone Messages that are undecipherable will have the message deleted and if they continue to send these types of phone messages then their phone number will be blocked. Therefore, these people should not be under the impression that their message was heard, or understood, or even made it through to us.

These are the ways that your message will be deleted unheard.

1. Failing to use North American English
2. Having a poor quality phone system with too much base tone added
3. Having a poor quality phone system with too low a volume setting (Suggestion: Assume that we are hard of hearing and so, boost the volume a bit.)
4. Having background music, or chatter, or noise in the phone message

All of that means it is probably better to text us or email us. HOWEVER, we have a powerful filter process which is unforgiving.

1. Due to high volume of messages, if we are not interested in your message it will be deleted with no Reply.
2. Your message may not even be read if your are a telemarketer.
3. We are NOT interested in ANY AI products. We are a Self-Help program at the HUMAN level. 
4. If we do not know your name already then it is more likely that your message will be deleted unread. We already have more than 250 emails a day so, we go through the subject lines of email en masse, with LESS THAN one second of viewing. More like 0.037 seconds. So, be warned.
5. If you do make it through to us by phone and we ask you to send us an email, and we give you very specific instructions as to what to say in the subject line, then failure to trigger our viewing of your email by using the text coding we gave you, will mean that you are unreliable and we will not want to do business with you. Your email will likely be deleted automatically unread.
6. There are some companies that are very, very persistent and we consider those people as hackers and scammers.
7. If you claim to have money to send us, then send it via Interac eTransfer. No need to keep telling us you have money to send us. Just send it. We do have Donation Portals.

• We look for clear, concise communications that we can understand given that many people have hearing disabilities with the way English is pronounced.
• If you are a US company we will not do business with you, period, due to your Internal Revenue Service protocols and distain for Canadian.
• If you have a Canadian outlet that allows CAD transactions for us, and our Online Viewers, then we MAY be interested.
