This is our Central Privacy Policy Page Servicing some Two Dozen Web Site Domains.

We do not associate any real names with  statistical data or documents produced.

Code names are used exclusively.

If a client wishes, they can use a free anonymous email address obtained anywhere on the internet or a 'Masked' email address if they prefer.

Our email list is strictly confidential. We do not sell, lend, or allow the use of our contact list by, any other organisation.

What Information Do We Collect?

We believe Wellness RISK should be measured anonymously and Tutoring Workshops should be delivered anonymously as much as possible. Data is collected by an online questionnaire where people answer questions about themselves.

Wellness RISK Management (WRM) DATA Security

  • Wellness RISK Management is our Flagship web site. About two dozen web site domains are within our network.
  • All our websites are secure via https (Secure hypertext transfer protocol) which uses SSL/TLS (Secure Socket Layer/ Transport Layer Security) to send data. Our email is also sent using SSL/TLS. (TLS is the newer upgrade to the older SSL.)
  • People should ensure their email also uses the SSL/TLS protocol. A person can find that out by going into their settings for their email program. Or, they can call their web service provider and support personnel will usually walk them through it at no charge.
  • In addition, we encourage people to obtain a 'Masked' email address for use with our network.
  • We also use anonymity as a protocol in the measurement-data storage process. Codenames are the only way we identify Statistics, Progress Chart Profiles, Report of Findings, Health Professional Reports and Wellness RISK Management Instructor Notes Reports.
  • Payment data is not linked to Codenames. Nor is payment data stored with codenames. This triple layer security adds peace of mind that data is secure.
  • We also allow people to use an anonymous email address or 'Masked' email address, if they wish, adding a fourth layer of security.
  • We are suggesting to people that they should get an additional anonymous email address, or 'Masked' email address, for dedication to exclusive use with Wellness RISK Management. That email address will then be used in an authentication format along with a Payment Code Number for security.

Progress Chart Security Recommendation for Physical Paper Transfer

When people print out their progress chart, with the 38 scores identifying their Wellness RISK Profile, that single sheet will have the client’s codename on it. If people wish to hide their identity (this may be a good idea), then we can suggest to those people to black out the code name with a magic marker then photocopy that blacked out sheet. That redacted progress chart can then be given to family, friends, healthcare providers, etc. It can be scanned and saved as an anonymous digital file. That redacted progress chart file can then be sent digitally via email to whomever the client wishes again using an anonymous email address if they wish. If people do not use a masked, or anonymous email address when sending a copied document (redacted or not), then the real email address is thus, associated with the document data by that send process. We are asking people to be aware of what they do with their data.

Let us state one last time please, there is no secret code sheet identifying payment data to a Codename list. Completed online Form data which we get from the client Measurement process comes to us with a Codename already applied.

CodeName

The building of the codename is a two part process. First, each Participant (See Participant Explanation below) chooses their preferred code name. Secondly, WRM adds a modifier to make all codenames unique.

Participant Explanation

Everyone enrolled with Wellness RISK Management has their full codename added to a Statistical Research Project posted in our files to a company they work for and/or a Canadian Postal Code if they are not working. No company management team can obtain measurement documents from a company worker. This is a hard fast rule chiseled in STONE.  Return to Participant Anchor

Wellness RISK Management Instructors

Wellness RISK Management Instructors have no way of identifying and matching Codenames to real people unless the real people tell them because there is no code breaking file in the design of this new Wellness Model.

Ensuring Total Anonymity Is Not Necessary.

We feel that complete anonymity for Wellness RISK Management, at this time, is unnecessary and pretty much overkill. There is nothing supersensitive about a Wellness RISK Profile Progress Chart and given that all data is protected by codename with no master code breaking file, then we believe that getting involved with total anonymity that is unbreakable is not emotionally productive. Our Wellness RISK Management program is a program for people to help themselves. There is no need to know other people’s Wellness RISK Profiles and it is unhelpful to a person to know anyone else’s profile when they are focussed intently on their own profile.

Wellness RISK Management Measurement Protocols

We ask people to arrange about one hour a day on three consecutive days. We will measure Wellness RISK over that three day period while asking the client to measure a little and read a little each day. That can go something like the following.

Day One - Goal Setting

On day one we help people pick goals from a goals list. Then we measure Dr. Ouellette’s Five Pillars of Optimal Health Secrets. The client will then take a break and do some reading from our Library to finish off the hour on day one.

Day Two - Important Clinical Indicators

On day two we measure some important clinical indicators. These indicators are for Healthcare Professionals if the Participant chooses to involve a healthcare professional. People then take another break and do a little more reading on our Library web site. This clinical part might not be used by the Participant but, it is measured so that it is there should it be needed by healthcare professionals.

Day Three - Pain Relief Diet

On day three we measure Dr. Ouellette’s Anti-Inflammatory Pain Relief Diet. Again, this part might not be used by the Participant but, it is measured so that results are there should they be needed by healthcare professionals.

At that point the client will submit their results using the Submit Button on the web form and within a day or two they will receive their PDF Progress Chart Profile in an email. We are endeavouring to provide the charts within one hour of submission of the completed questionnaire.

Tutoring Workshops will then be arranged between the Participant and the WRM Instructor.

We have a 99.9% up-time with our web sites but sometimes that is subject to weather and/or unforeseen circumstances.

Out process is a human-to-human connection.

Special Note

Wellness RISK Management is applied research at the science end of the scale.

Knowing Wellness isn't getting Wellness. Doing Wellness is applying the science. We show how that is done.

What Kind of Diseases Are Reduced with Wellness RISK Management?

All chronic diseases are reduced with multidimensional Wellness strategies because of the multidimensional nature of those strategies. Acute diseases are reduced, again because of the multidimensional nature of those strategies.

All organs and systems in the body benefit by reducing Wellness RISK. When the body moves toward optimal health by applying those optimal health secrets which science has discovered, then all parts of the body benefit. We live longer and happier due to less suffering from disease. We perform better at work, better at our recreation pursuits, and better at our interrelationship pursuits too.

Applying the rules laid out in our workshop workbooks and completing all action plan items indicated in the Wellness RISK Management Report of Findings is a ticket to better Health and better living.

It is not particularly easy to get there because we have to fight natural human tendencies that lead us toward disease and suffering.

Most people need help of one type or another. Delivering that help is what Wellness RISK Management is all about.
